Not Psychological Treatment

LearnEmotions provides educational services only. These services are not psychotherapy, psychological assessment, medical care, crisis support, or a replacement for assistance from a licensed healthcare professional.

Parents and Guardians

A parent or legal guardian must book services for a child and provide accurate contact, payment, and scheduling information. Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether the services are appropriate for their child.

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled through the LearnEmotions booking system. The parent or guardian is responsible for confirming the scheduled date, time, time zone, and online meeting information.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling, missed-session, and refund conditions are displayed during booking or included in the appointment confirmation. Parents and guardians should review these conditions before completing a booking.

Payments

Prices and payment requirements are displayed during booking or checkout. Payments may be processed through a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. LearnEmotions does not store complete credit card information.

Technology Requirements

Families are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and an appropriate environment for online sessions.

Learning Materials

The LearnEmotions website, lessons, activities, written materials, videos, graphics, and other original content are provided for personal educational use only. These materials may not be copied, sold, republished, or distributed without permission.
